Murray is an 8-year-old beagle mix who weighs about 20 pounds. He came to Lollypop Farm from a shelter in Virginia in the hopes that he would find a new home here in New York. Murray likes getting attention – he likes being petted and enjoys belly rubs! He also has a great doggie smile! Because he is an older dog, Murray has some issues with his legs – and the vets at Lollypop Farm will be glad to talk to his adopter about them.

Murray is available through the Seniors-for-Seniors program, so adopters age 60 and older can take him home free of charge!

Max is a 1-year-old collie/pit bull mix who weighs about 50 pounds. He was transferred to Lollypop Farm from a shelter in Virginia in the hopes that he’d find a new home here. Max likes people and likes treats!

He starts wagging his tail as soon as he sees someone come to his kennel in the shelter. He does pretty well on the leash, but if you work with him, he’ll do even better! Max would love a new owner who would take him for lots of walks.

Sassy Lou, our "Friday's Friend" from last week, has been adopted.

Sassy Lou is a 6-year-old beagle who weighs about 30 pounds. She was adopted in January and then returned to Lollypop Farm because someone in the household was allergic to dogs.

Sassy is a social butterfly who likes to sit in people’s laps and go for rides in the car. She loves to be outside and go on camping trips, too! (She used to be a hunting dog.) Sassy would do best in a home without young children and as the only dog in the house.

She is eligible for the Seniors-for-Seniors program, so adopters age 60 and older can take her home free of charge!
