Irondequoit resident Chuck Schallhorn joins Brown Dog Realty | News
Why he’s in the news
Charles Schallhorn has joined the Brown Dog Realty firm, a division of Brown Dog Holdings, LLC, and will be focusing on real estate sales in Irondequoit, Rochester and Brighton.
Schallhorn joins Brown Dog Realty after working as an executive at Kodak for almost 20 years.
“After leaving Kodak, I have been looking for a career that would allow me to put my business and personal interests to use while helping family, friends and neighbors. Working with Brown Dog Realty will allow me to do just that,” Schallhorn said.
About the firm
Brown Dog Realty is owned by Karen and S. Ahmed Mustafa of Webster.
“We started the business in August of 2010 with just the two of us,” said Karen Mustafa, who is vice president and sales agent. “Over the past two years, the numbers of referrals we have been getting has grown faster than we ever hoped for, so it made sense to start to grow our team. Chuck is going to be a great addition, as he can focus on areas east of Webster.”
“We are thrilled to have Chuck join our team,” added S. Ahmed Mustafa, president and broker. “Chuck brings a wealth of financial experience that will be very helpful when working with real estate clients, whether buyers or sellers.”
In his own words
“I chose Brown Dog Realty because of their commitment to customer service, not just numbers,” Schallhorn said. “I met Ahmed and felt he and Brown Dog Realty would be a great place to launch my real estate career."
